Warranty
Every BijleeX portable EV charger is covered by a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, giving you confidence in your purchase. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
What's covered
The warranty covers faults arising from defective materials or manufacturing under normal, intended use — including issues affecting the charger's electronics, connectors and cable that are not caused by external damage.
What's not covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accident, dropping, or failure to follow the supplied instructions
- Use with damaged, incompatible or unsafe electrical supplies
- Normal cosmetic wear and tear
- Unauthorised repair, modification or tampering
- Damage from extreme conditions beyond the product's stated operating limits
How to make a claim
If you think your charger is faulty, email hello@bijleex.com with your order number, the date of purchase, and a short description (photos or a video help us assess it quickly). Our team will respond within one business day and guide you through the next steps.
What happens next
If your claim is approved, we'll repair or replace the affected unit at no cost to you. Where a repair or replacement isn't possible, we'll offer a suitable alternative or refund in line with your legal rights.
