Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your BijleeX charger. If it's not right for you, here's how to return it. Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Your 14-day cooling-off period
Because you're buying online, the Consumer Contracts Regulations give you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Let us know you'd like to cancel and you'll then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Our 30-day returns promise
On top of your legal rights, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in a resaleable condition with all accessories and cables included.
How to start a return
Email hello@bijleex.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm the return address and provide instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. We'll refund the cost of the item; the original and return delivery costs may not be refundable except where the item is faulty or not as described.
Faulty or damaged items
If your charger arrives faulty or develops a fault, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See our Warranty page or contact us and we'll put it right at no cost to you.
