These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bijleex.co.uk and any purchase you make from BijleeX ("we", "us", "our"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Using our website

You agree to use our site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. We may update, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site at any time.

Products and availability

We take care to describe our products accurately, but minor variations may occur. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or withdraw a product at any time. Product images and emojis used on the site are for illustration.

Orders

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once we send you confirmation that your order has been accepted and dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We try to ensure prices are accurate, but if we discover an error we'll contact you before processing your order. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our approved payment methods.

Delivery

We'll provide estimated delivery times at checkout. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns, cancellations and refunds

Your rights to cancel, return and obtain refunds are set out on our Returns page, which forms part of these Terms.

Warranty

Our products are covered by the warranty described on our Warranty page, in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Product safety and correct use

You must use our chargers in accordance with the supplied instructions and only with compatible, well-maintained electrical supplies. We are not liable for damage or loss caused by misuse or by use contrary to those instructions.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from your failure to follow product instructions. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, logos, branding and images — is owned by or licensed to BijleeX and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
